Invector subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. As such, refund requests are subject to the policies of these platforms.
3. How to Request a Refund
For iOS (Apple App Store)
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the subscription you want a refund for
- Follow the prompts to submit your refund request
For Android (Google Play Store)
- Open Google Play Store
- Go to your subscriptions
- Select the Invector subscription
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the refund request process
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
- You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
- You were charged incorrectly or without authorization
- You did not receive the features advertised
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after the 14-day period
- Partial subscription periods (you retain access until the end of your billing cycle)
- Subscriptions used extensively before the refund request
- Price changes after your purchase
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
- Your data will be preserved unless you delete your account
